Lance has lived in Alaska since 1983, is a co-owner of Lost Mountain Construction, and is a seasoned master carpenter with over 30 years of experience in residential and sunroom construction. He has honed his craft to become an expert in sunroom design, concept, building, and installation. Lance has a passion for working with clients to create the perfect sunroom for their homes, and he takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds expectations. Troy Biering
Position: Owner and Master Carpenter

Steve is a highly accomplished carpenter with 38 years of experience across various facets of the construction industry. He began his carpentry journey in St. Paul, MN in the late 70s and later moved to Alaska in 1993. Throughout his career, Steve has held pivotal roles as a General Foreman and Superintendent for reputable Alaskan companies. Along the way, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise, making him a go-to resource for complex projects.
